What Happens Next?

1. Booking Review Please note that your rental is not yet fully confirmed. A representative from the Freeport Players’ Guild will review your request and contact you within 2–3 business days to discuss your specific event details and finalize the availability of your requested date(s).

2. Technical Coordination During our follow-up, we will go over your technical requirements—such as lighting, sound, and stage needs—to ensure our facility is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

3. Final Confirmation Once all details are aligned and the rental agreement is finalized, you will receive an official confirmation notice.

If your event involves film screenings, seminars, or specific lobby setups, be sure to have your schedule ready for our team when we call so we can maximize your time in the facility.
