Our Spaces
The Peter Aston Auditorium Our main stage is the premier choice for large-scale events. With a seating capacity of up to 370 people, the auditorium features excellent sightlines and professional acoustics. Our flat rental rates for the auditorium are all-inclusive, ensuring you have the technical support and staff needed for a seamless production.
The Regency Lobby For smaller gatherings, meetings, or cocktail receptions, our spacious foyer is available for rent. The lobby can comfortably seat up to 150 people and provides a welcoming, climate-controlled atmosphere for your guests.
Rental Rates & Packages
We believe in transparent pricing to help you plan your budget effectively.
Large Performances ($3,000.00 BSD): A flat-rate fee inclusive of professional stage lighting, sound, bar access, and front-of-house staff.
Film Screenings & Seminars ($2,000.00 BSD): A flat-rate fee inclusive of basic lights, sound, bar access, and front-of-house staff.
Lobby Only ($500.00): Includes air-conditioning (excludes bar operation).
A $500.00 deposit is required to secure your requested date.
Rehearsal Options
To ensure your cast and crew are ready for opening night, we offer flexible rehearsal blocks:
Non-Tech (Basic): Starting at $150.00 (3-hour block, work lights only, no A/C).
Non-Tech (With A/C): $350.00 (3-hour block, work lights only).
Full Tech Rehearsal: $450.00 (Includes A/C, plus sound and light technicians).
Technical Specifications & Amenities
When you rent with us, you gain access to high-end equipment and a dedicated professional crew:
Audio/Visual: Full stage lighting, 2 follow-spots, HD projector with a mounted screen, body mics, and wireless handheld mics.
Staffing: Our technical (lighting, sound, and stage) crew and front-of-house/bar staff are available to assist with your event.
Concessions: A licensed bar and concession area is available. (Note: Per our policy, the bar is operated by FPG staff only).
Backstage Rentals: We offer an extensive collection of props ($15/day) and costumes ($10/day) to enhance your production.
Convenience: Ample on-site parking for all attendees.

In addition to our world-class facilities, we offer the convenience of integrated online ticket sales for all rentals.
